Hi, I'm Morgan. I started Hearthstone because I believed there was a better way to run a contracting company.
Before this, I spent years in management learning what it actually looks like to take care of people. At Chick-fil-A, the standard wasn't just good food, it was making every person who walked in feel like they mattered. That stuck with me. When I started Hearthstone, I brought that same standard with me. Not the version where a salesperson closes you and disappears. The version where the owner picks up the phone, shows up on site, and stands behind every single job.
That's what this company is built on, and I don't plan to change it.
Who We Are
Hearthstone Home Improvement is a locally owned exterior contracting company based in Springfield, Virginia. We serve homeowners across Fairfax, Burke, Arlington, Alexandria, and the surrounding Northern Virginia area. Roofing is our primary focus, and it's where we put most of our energy, but we also handle siding, gutters, windows, and doors.
When you work with Hearthstone, you work with me directly. From the first call to the final walkthrough, I am involved. You will always know who is responsible because the answer is always me.
